need opinions

Hi all, I want to tackle the fog light/ fake air vent on my car. My question is should I use oem 2010 G37s sedan fogs for sport/lux oem look, OR purchase and install from mercedes-benz the 2010 e class led light strip, that they surface mount to that cars very simuilar fake vent??? Want to set this up as a running light. The infiniti fogs run about 146.00 ea, and I have a call into MB parts for their pricing. Seems to me the led light strip would be the easier install as it would require alot less room. Tell me what you guys think

yes, the MB LED strip would be easier, but I've seen it on someone's G on here and I think it just looks to "other-car-ish"

I think if someone can get the fogs right in the faux-vents then it would look best

But it's YOUR car and as long as you think it looks good and are happy with it that's all that matters

nothing wrong with using cool parts from another car, anything is better than the fake grill pieces. i would say go for it, and create a write up so we can do it as well
