Trying to choose a splitter
Trying to choose a splitter
I cant decide which splitter to put on my BO g37s. i have eibach pro kit and about to have volk te37's if that effects any ones decision
I like the APR one cuz its carbon fiber but im afraid of scraping
I like stillen cuz it is the most subtle but it isnt cf

I also like the autokits x cf but im very afraid of scraping on that one because it seems to be significantly lower than the splitters
and i like the ts and jp vizage lip too but still am worried about scraping.
Do you think i will scrape often with eibachs. im mainly worried about scraping the cf options because its not like you can just repaint it like an frp lip.
but i love CF
please help..... Thanks

The autokits actually isnt that low. The test fit car was slammed pretty good. If you like the stillen and want CF, there was a CF wrapped one for sale on here earlier, don't know if its still available though. I'd either get autokits or stillen.
The G35 suspension is quite a bit lower than the 37's. My friends dad has one and side by side it makes the 37 look like a lifted truck. With the eibach drop it'd probably be about the same height as the g35.
dont worry about scraping as long as u know how to drive through driveways and speed bumps and dips.. im pretty low on coils and dont scrape at all. of cuz u shld know which places to avoid also. juz get the lip kit u like best..

Unfortunately, you can't really amend CF once it's cracked. You might be able to resurface the resin if the scrape is not too deep but it would almost be more worth it to just get a new piece.
I think I got what you need: Stillen splitter wrapped in CF to give you the appearance you want and also the durability you need.
(the splitter is made out of polyurethane).

don't get the autokits one in full CF so that there are less of them on OB G's riding around
but for reals just get the one you like the best...if you dont go crazy fast over dips and such you should be fine

Here you go.
Best of both worlds.

With an Eibach drop you're are still pretty high up and shouldn't have scrapping issues unless you're going ovr massive speed bumps or very steep driveways.
Of all the ones you've mentioned, the Autokits lip is the way to go IMO.
