hid fog kit question
has anyone installed vleds slim ballast h1 fogs? i've seen the diy for the hp auto kit and know that it requires some cutting and splicing. the vleds kit states that it is a plug and play with no splicing required. they are on sale right now and i'm looking to buy one, but not if i have to cut the factory wiring.

From Andy from HP told me there is no splicing required. Just drill a hole in the back of the light where the fog light goes. He said they are all just plug and play. Call and ask him.
I've done the HPA fog lights kit and there is ZERO drilling req'd and ZERO splicing req'd. It is very honestly one of the easiest mods I've done.
At first I was really apprehensive about it and worried I'd mess something up but once I got into it I found out how easy it is. Plus the fact that they look incredible is a plus

thanks guys. if that's the case, this sale is too good to pass up...free shipping, $50 off regular price, and the 20% web discount brings this thing down to $85.

Thanks!

.
take a look at the pics in my garage, I have the 8000K fogs and they are a little more blue than the headlights (i've got 6000K headlights). If you want the best match/color get 6000K headlights and 6000K fogs from HP Auto (check out their website, PM Andy, etc)
PM me if you have any questions about it and i'll help out as much as i can

Speedracer, did you end up getting this kit? I just got it in the mail and am having a bit of a hard time installing it.
If you installed it I'd appreciate a few pointers. Thanks
