Confused about Auto up/down rear windows

I have question regarding the premium package. I purchased a 2009 G37 Journey sedan with premium package. To my understanding the rear windows have the auto up/down feature. I can lower my rear windows automatically but I can not raise them automatically. Am I missing this feature? On the window sticker it listed the auto up/down feature for the rear windows in addition to the front windows as part of the premium package. Anyone else experiencing this as well? Please let me know as I think I have to go back to the dealership and let them know someone forget to install that feature on my vehicle.

They work for me.

I have the same vehicle and have no problem. Auto up/down works on all windows. Just used all four yesterday to get the heat out of the car after it sat in the parking lot all day at work.

Note: I raised and lowered them from the Drivers controls. I have not sat in the back seat and tried.

15sec is too much. 8-10 is enough. Some even say 5 sec is enough.

With the windows half way down, fully press the button up or down (whichever way you choose first) and wait for 8-10 seconds. Do the same for the other direction and for all affected windows.

Thanks for the replies. That fixed the problem. I read it in the manual, but I thought it only applied to the coupe. Once again, Thank you!

From page 2-51 of the obscure, little know "owner's manual". It is a rare, seldom seen document of antiquity that many claim is only a myth.

1. Push the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Close the door.
3. Open the window more than halfway by
operating the power window switch.
4. Pull the power window switch and hold it to
close the window, and then hold the switch
more than 3 seconds after the window is
closed completely.
5. Release the power window switch. Operate
the window by the automatic function to
confirm the initialization is complete.
6. Perform steps 2 through 5 above for other
windows.
If the power window automatic function does
not operate properly after performing the procedure
above, have your vehicle checked by an
INFINITI dealer.

Yea...holding switches for 15 seconds is BAD for the motors. I made a window operate very slowly after doing that. It was fine after the motor cooled a bit but it had me scared. Follow the nissan procedure above!
