Front Chin and Rear Spoler

Did any of you get the front chin and rear spoiler put on by the dealer? How much did they charge for the parts + install? I am looking for a G37xS with the aero dynamic package, but there are none near me. So I am thinking about getting it without and having the dealer add it on for me. I just want to know what a is a good price before bringing this up to them. Any help would be great.

Thanks!

I just bought my car. I then ordered a front and rear spoiler, plus the midnight black grille and splash guards. I will have to look up the prices of the parts, but was able to get the dealer to install all of the parts for $300 in labor. I believe I paid about $1200 for the parts alone.

I don't like aftermarket thigns, so I ordered mine installed. Makes the car look great. I think it adds just enough to the car. Be careful around curbs. You'll learn to park way when see how little space you have when you first park the car. Enjoy.

I just installed my front chin lip, its was an easy install. took me about 1 hr for install. I only drilled 4 holes to hold it in place.

dealers in my area were charging 180-220 for install. Local speed shops were about 75+

Just had my rear lip and front chin spoilers installed today!!! Had to wait nearly 2 months since the rear lip was on national back-order! But oh, was it worth the wait (will post pics soon)!

I negotiated the rear lip (part and install) into the deal, so I can't speak to that cost. As for the front chin, I had to pay like $580 for parts and labor. Sounds like it's a pretty simple install, so if you're up for it, purchase the front chin for like $350 (from someplace like Sewell) and do the install yourself. I'm not handy so I wanted no part of that. I also had the dealer apply the clear bra to my car after the front chin was installed, so it too is protected.

Sorry, by "rear lip" I mean the standard deck spoiler that sits flush against the trunk...got use to the term "rear lip" since I had an M3 in a previous life. haha. These pics aren't great as they were taken with my Crackberry and the dealer told me not to wash the car for a week so that the clear bra could cure.

I bought the rear spoiler (didn't get the front) for my '09 sedan when I bought the car. I think it was somewhere around $400 including installation, although the sticker was something more like $800 (including install) but I was able to negotiate to get at half price as part of the whole package with the car.

Just had it installed last month -- also was on backorder for a while. I have the nav package and I think the rear spoiler for the nav package is slightly more. The spoiler installation covers the backup camera on the trunk, so there's a replacement backup right on the spoiler.
