I am planning on buying a sport bumper on my base. I was just wondering, does the car looks weird or mismatched without the mesh inserts on the two side vents? The mesh inserts for those two alone costs more than 100 dollars. Just wanted to know your guys input as I am about to buy the bumper with only the middle insert.

If I'm not mistaken, your windshield washer fluid bottle will show through the passenger side fake vent.

 

It will look amazingly horrible without those unless you have something custom planned to fabricate in those locations. Please don't do that.

Look for them much cheaper in a salvage yard, I bet you could get both for $30 or so. Then you can paint them before putting them in.
