I had it replaced, still has a bubble. Dealer refused to fix it agian and they said I have to call the head quaters and set a complaint on the seat. I honestly didnt even bother, but it is getting worse and I think im going to give it a shot.

So basically I have to call up the headquaters, then call the dealer and see whats up everyday for about 1-2 weeks. Which I think is pathetic

See, this is exactly why I didn't bother replacing mine, because I knew that in a month, it would look like I didn't! Until they come up with a permanent fix, this is just wasting time. Luckily though, the bubbling on my seat seems to have stabilized. I hope it stays that way.

Also, I'm quite doubtful that they will have a recall for these seats, since this seems to be very common problem.

Is the cushion too soft under the cover probably?

Same thing here -- when they replaced mine they said the foam looked fine and that it's a leather issue. It's happening again now, both sides

Becareful with waiting too long, otherwise they may attribute it to being 'normal wear and tear'.
Mine had a horrible bubble within weeks of ownership, and I had it fixed asap.

how come most of you are too lazy to report this to Infiniti HQ?

if more people complain, they will come out with a fix faster

Do they actually replace the entire seat? When I worked at BMW, they just replaced the leather only!
