sorry to create a new thread. but i'm not talking about the seat bulge per se.
I'm talking about the action you've taken afterwards.
Have you reported this problem to the HEADQUARTERS? by calling them?
i'm not talking about your service rep or manager. they won't do sht for you besides ordering parts.
if you want HQ to fix something, they need A LOT of complaints.

Not sure what seat bulge you are talking about. Can you elaborate or point me to a thread that covers this?
EDIT: Nevermind, I see a post that details this. I have not had such issues, so no I have not.... I do have quite a few wrinkles on the bolster, but other than that they are holding up pretty well. It is not the best quality leather, but I think it is a tad better than my 04 (that's not saying a whole lot...).
