Those are the ones that I used on my car, I got them off of eBay - "Univerasal Projector Fog lights"

Some thing new and unique:
I had my faux holes had 15 LEDs each and a perforated cover installed and this how they look with LEDs on (connected to headlight switch).

I'm a fan of the mesh but not the LEDs behind it. This is an old thread Hahah, I've had the fog kit off for about a year now since I got a new body kit.

There are 15 each 3mm Leds with resistors mounted in Led inserts in the holes drilled in the faux hole covers and tied in with parking light (connection right behind the head lights).
Cost plus patience and labor.
