To clear up the confusion at the time of the OP I did not do the window reset. In the manual it states that it is for the auto roll up feature and not for the auto adjusting feature. What you described in your first post on this thread is exactly what happened to me when I installed my grounding kit. That's because I had to disconnect the battery. I fixed the problem by doing exactly what I posted above which is the Power Windows reset. The steps are also outlined in your owner's manual. Now if you tried this several times and it didn't work, then I agree, it should be taken to the dealer, which is what the manual also recommends.
