What you described in your first post on this thread is exactly what happened to me when I installed my grounding kit. That's because I had to disconnect the battery. I fixed the problem by doing exactly what I posted above which is the Power Windows reset. The steps are also outlined in your owner's manual. Now if you tried this several times and it didn't work, then I agree, it should be taken to the dealer, which is what the manual also recommends.
