if you dont want to do it yourself try taking it to a detailing place they have compressed air and ish to get rid of it from your car

Take your girlfriend in the back seat, work up some sweet lovin' and see if you can transfer the glitter to her a@@.

If you download the service manual look at page SE-160. Just do a search for Service Manual in here and there you go. I would post up the pages myself but it won't let me post any more images.

This is all it says in the service Manual:

1. Remove the seat cushion.
• Pull the seat cushion up, and then remove the seat cushion
from the seat cushion hook.
• Remove the seat cushion from the vehicle

in case you still need to do this...

the trick is to actually sit on the rear seat. have your hands straddle the clip, start to pull up, then position your legs so that they can pull your hands harder towards you. keep pulling up, then it'll unclip itself. repeat for the other side, and the seat comes out with no problem. see pics below.
