M45s Shift ****

I purchased the 08 M45s shift **** from Jason @ Riverside and installed it today. The stock shift **** on the G is okay, but this M45s shift **** looks so much better, especially how the white stitching on the shift **** matches the white stitching on my sport seats.

I'm not sure if anyone is interested in replacing their stock shift ****, but figured I would post a couple of pics to give you an idea of what it looks like.

What I do like about it: one less thing to worry about getting scratched...
Was the install easy?

I agree about the scratches. I wear two rings on my right hand and the stock shift **** was a little scratched because of them. The M know just looks and feels so much nicer. The install was very easy, I posted a short DIY on Driver.

It looks nice but I wish it could be as short as the M45.

The height doesn't bother me at all since I am used to the height of the stock shift ****. Having said that though, I am going to look at possible modifications to make it about 1" shorter.

Maybe it's just the pics that make it look big.......but it's actually smaller than the stock shift ****.

Agreed, the M shift **** is so much nicer than the stock one on the G. One member on Driver already has it shorted.
