It is rather expensive....but if you are willing to where a Bose headset then it would be hard to beat that for noise reduction and sound quality....two different animals........

Bose headphones suck as far as sound quality. Its good for drowning out noise, but it doesn't hold a light to my Sennheiser HD650s in terms of SQ.
My dynamat was installed today....the installer used approx. 75 sq. ft. of material and it is much quieter and made a big difference....between the sub and the dynamat I'm done for a while....
