Question A tint-ta-lating question

Yeah yeah.. so i'm lame at titles.

I'm getting ready to tint my Slate Blue G, I want to know what the group thinks as a good tint ratio... i'm leaning to a 15%.. but wanted to see what you all think is a good tint, thanks in advance!

I have 15 percent and LOVE it... but you will never get a straight answer out of this because everyone has his/her own opinion..

I'm at 35 here in Atlanta just because cops can be a pain. If I had my choice, I'd do 20 though.

I have mine at 22% and and would have it done a little darker next time. So 15% is good.

I have a Blue Slate G37 too and I just got the windows tinted this weekend. I went with 35% since I thought the color on the car wouldn't look too good with a real dark tint. And I think the 35% is perfect for BS. I'll try to post a picture in the next day or so.

I have 20 and it is nice but I would have rather had 15. 20 is as dark as is legal for front windows in TX. If you care about not getting tickets, check to see how dark you can get them legally. I doubt seriously that 15% is legal for front windows.

EDIT: Texas is 25% front windows not 20. The OP lists St. Louis as home and darkest legal is 35% there.

I've got 15% on the rear and 20% on the other 4 windows. I figured since the rear window lets in the most light, I'll make that one darker.
