The trunk light doesn't really pop off. The plastic globe looking part is hinged on one side and a clip is on the other. You need to pull out on the clip to pull the cover down. The hinge part is solid so it swings open like door not ever fully coming off, then the light just pops out.

I didnt do the glove box so don't know but I heard thats a hard one to do.

fukc! went out to try to fix the cover on my passenger side door and found out the reason why its not holding so well is beacause the white bracket is broke where the clear cover snaps on! its holding up, just not clicking to secure it and im so pissed! lol anyone know if that part is replaceable?

for those who didnt change the door lights out yet, word of advice, be gentle and take your time.

The entire assembly is fairly inexpensive to replace, about $27 with discount from a dealer....

Did you take the white plastic cover off the part that comes out of the door? After doing that the light just pulls out. I had to use pliers to gently pull it out. If you use pliers dont use needle nose ones as the plier opening is not wide enough.

Yeah from there just pull it out, for me it kept slipping if I tried with my fingers, so i did pliers, no breakage.
