I can't remember exactly, but I know it took quite a while over a period of over a week. I think maybe 15+ hours or so.

Bingo!

After cleaning/clay/polishing (polishing is what took the longest), I used glaze, then sealant, 24 hour cure, sealant again; then the next weekend I washed again, wax, 24 hour cure, wax again.

If you want to drop big bucks on a detail and have your car out of commision for 3 days, drive on over! I work slow, but I'm good.

Dropped on Tanabe springs I got from Lou @ Amp'd.

I didn't get them all out but improved the appearance quite a bit. I used the polishes by hand, used the PC as far into the cups as possible (tape the handles to keep from scratching them) and used the glaze/sealant/wax to hide them pretty well. I now have 4" pads that allow me to get in there pretty good with the PC. They are in desperate need if some TLC right now.
