Av Unit Configuration Please Help Me. I have no way here to do.
Unfortunately, I accidentally accessed the secret menu on my vehicle’s AV unit and pressed the “Initialize” button. Since then, I’ve lost the audio and encountered the other known issues that typically follow this reset.
My situation is more complicated because I’m an expat living in Saudi Arabia. The local dealer has refused to help, stating that the car was imported and therefore they are unable to reprogram the unit. As a result, I’ve been dealing with this issue for over four months now without any solution.
