Climate control module BCM - Replacement 2015 Q40

Anyone replaced the BCM in a Q40? I have the removed most of the components necessary to remove the controller for replacement, but I am stuck - one of the brackets at the bottom of the console doesn't look simple to remove, and it prevents access to the bottom two screws that hold in the Radio/BXM Bracket. Anyone else had this issue - or removed the BCM in a 2015 Q40? Pics below. Screws that I need to access are highlighted in red...... trying to figure out how to remove the black plastic bracket in front of these screws. (Removing the black screws left and right of the bracket don't free up the bracket.)

You may want to share additional info as to what you're trying to do? What you pictured is not the BCM but the METER/AC Amplifier.
Your BCM is in the passenger's side footwell.

Thanks for the quick response - trying to replace the heater climate amplifier control module. The white box on top of the CD player. In my top pic it has a "T" on the left hand side and a green and red "X" on it. (Having trouble with the fuel gauge and understood that replacing this module could resolve the issue without replacing sending unit/pump etc.)

The two screws marked in yellow are only for removing the entire center console. That center "brace" should be pliable enough for you to wedge a screwdriver in there to access the two screws and slide the AV heaunit out. That is how I did it and I'm sure there isn't any considerable difference between the Q40 and the Coupe.

Thanks for the reply. I suspect that I can bend the center piece enough to get things out. I am concerned about getting things back together though. Doesn't seem like there is another option though as I am not going to take the center console completely apart to get this done.

not sure if you've done this yet but I was easily able to get to the screws without needing to bend or remove anything, just use a longer screwdriver with a magnetic tip. You can put the tip through the larger gaps above where those black screws on each side and then move it to the gap above the black bracket to get those silver screws out easier. Did the same thing for screwing them back with no issues as well?
