I only have audio on my driver side
I have 2009 g37 with Bose and nav. I noticed that when listening to any music through Bluetooth or aux I only have audio on my driver side but when it’s just the radio it comes out of all the speakers. I’ve ran the diagnostic tests and all the speakers have sound. I’m not too sure what the problem could be at this point. Could it be a head unit problem or an amp. I’ve also checked all fuses and none of them are blown.

What are you streaming from? Did you try deleting the device and re-pairing?
Re: AUX, do you have the RCA or USB type?
As the music plays through all speakers when using the radio, tells me it is not necessarily a hardware problem, rather a issue with the "connection" between source and headunit.

I usually stream on a fm transmitter connected to my phone but that went out so I got the RCA cable to see if that worked and that one didn't work either. So now I'm not too sure what to do about it other then possibly get a new head unit.

Let me put it a different way. What device/phone are you using? Can you try someone else's phone?
Keep in mind that the RCA (AUX) jacks, as well as the iPod function, are two separate modules. Might not be as simple as replacing the main headunit.
Did you try swapping L and R RCA plugs to see if the sound changes?

I use an iphone x and haven't had any problems with it until a few weeks ago.
I tried the rca cable swap and that made it so I only had audio coming from my right side now. Do you think it has something to do with faulty connections then because that was a brand new cord so I'm not sure it would be that.

It would be iPhone. Did you take the most recent iOS update? Everytime Apple updates iOS something breaks...
So, sound on left only when RCA's plugged in Red to Red, White to White? Sound only on right with RCA's plugged in Red to White, White to Red?
If I were to guess it sounds like you have a cable problem, or a issue with your device/iOS. With music playing, you can try "wiggling" the wires/plugs and see if the connection breaks in/out. Also, I ask again, is there another device you can try?
FWIW, you can get a used set of AUX/RCA jacks off eBay for around $20.if you decide to start changing parts, I would start there first.
