Help Nav system wont turn off

Nav system wont turn off
2013 70,000 miles.
My Nav screen is staying on after car is shut off, and even blue tooth is remaining on. speakers arent working with car off, just the sysyem itself. Recent battery change. I disconnected batter over night to try and rest it. Didnt work. Any ideas or anyone ever have this issue?

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK. So sunroof grommet in firewall leaked water all inside cabin, over fuse block. Fuse boock has water inside it. I took it out, now gotta see how to get water out. UGHHH
