My car's climate controls basically freeze anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes randomly where I can't control anything and the blower becomes quite loud. It occurs regularly irregular on every drive; by which I mean the issue may start within 3 minutes of the drive or 20 minutes into the drive. It also repeats itself. I've given it to repair for diagnostic but they couldn't find the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S New issue started just last night where I started the car and it kept dying. After starting I hit the accelerator and it worked but the car was having difficulty on idle after start. At the time gas was low so I chalked it up to that but it repeated the issue today with the tank 80% full.
