btw - consult 3 only goes for 2010 cars and older. AND if your 2010 car has had updates, it wont work. e.g. i ran an update on my 2010 nav and the consult 3 couldnt talk to it anymore.

Newer than 2010, you have to get a consult 3 plus and whatever was mentioned before my post.

Being OP has a G25, he will automatically need CONSULT 3+. The vehicle interface for C3P is at least $2500USD. Even if OP found/bought the cheap Chinese cloned interface (≈$1500USD) those have been known to not work at all.
