Question Installing a radar detector

Just recently bought a UnidenR3 radar decetor, and it works fine but I wanna mirror tap it so I can hide the wires.

Another thread recommended micro sized taps, which I believe are 0.040". The problem is I can only buy the 0.075" taps from amazon or the whole kit which is more expensive but comes with all different sized taps.

Anyone know where to find the .040" taps for a Uniden R3/ 2013 G37x?

I recently got that exact detector and used this mirror tap: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It doesn't state the pin sizes, but the small pins worked perfectly fine. Just snipped off and heat-shrinked the large pins.

I made my own mirror tap you could always just push bare wire into wire slot and tape it around the harness

It took a little but of force but the .075 taps worked perfectly fine with a very snug fit, thank you for the replies.
