Do your power mirrors also not work? On my 2013 both my power mirrors and memory seats do not work. My seat adjustment controls work normally. I had the dealer diagnose it a while back and they said there is a fault in the drivers seat control unit. I did not have it replaced since the OEM part costs a fortune from Infiniti, so I can’t say for sure that it is the cause.
