Navigation panel replacement...

So my wifes bottom left buttons just stopped working. The am/fm and the disc aux do nothing , so i’m thinking the board possibly. Luckily, it stays in fm mode but she can’t pair her iphone music because she needs to switch to aux i believe she said.
Anyone dealt with this issue or have a solution? Thanks

Hey man....same here with my 11...just stopped functioning suddenly..though i did take off the climate control for some console work and thought i messed it up etc...but it worked after and then just stopped responding...someone mentioned the diagnostics menu, but no luck there...check fuses, but nothing came up specifically for these buttons and all seemed in order, so only option im thinking at this point is to purchase a used one on bay...ranging from 45-60...let me know if you find out different solutions as I rarely ever used them before, but now wanted to stream Pandora after changing phone providers and now it goes out on me...figures...

Thanks for the info! Have you seen any write up to removed and replace? I searched and found everything but that

worth a shot, but disconnect battery, wait 30 minutes, re-connect.

Re instructions , its same as the panel removal..2 screws for center panel and pull it back but don't disconnect wires...place a cloth on lower console andnket it rest there...2 screws for upper console and pull back...disconnect the one wire...connect the new one and replace in reverse and voila ...should be good to go...not a bad idea to disconnect negative though with any electrical connections....
