Connector/Port Below Passenger Temp ****?

I'm getting a new Clock/AC/Radio control panel to replace the flickering LED's for the clock, and I noticed there are two types on eBay. One type (not mine) has an odd looking connector/port below the passenger temp ****. I tried to look it up in the Owners Manual, but didn't find a reference for it.

Does anyone know what it is?

Cheers Hashim, funny but the eBay ad says it was pulled from a 2012 G37?

Maybe they have their pics mixed up.

thats funny...ebay wreckers are great for providing really good pictures of what you will get better than any other source IMO because they want to let people know what that exact cosmetic condition of the part is...not so much with the descriptions which they sometimes reuse form older postings...I usually go with the pictures and have only gotten the wrong thing once (the seller was great about it and it wan't a hassle to return at all)... but it wouldn't hurt to double check with them...

That makes sense...it was part of the Tech package IIRC which included Navigation...on the 2010 and up models the navi and connectors are different i.e they switched to USB and got rid of the RCA jacks too..I jsut kn ow my pre 210 model with navigation has it
