Mounting multiple devices to glass/dash (cellphone, gps).

Have a bit of dilemma. Have 3 devices but only 2 mounts. An upcoming road trip will have lots of interstate, so it's important to have the cell phone attached. Usual roadtrips involve lots of back roads so no need for traffic data and the garmin/radar detector combo works well.

Use this to attach the phone or garmin (bottom left corner of the windshield) -

. It's a nice sticky mount that once attached goes no where. Has a 17mm ball to accept a garmin device or the phone holder that comes with.

The radar detector sits just under the rear view mirror on another mount attached to this -

Suggestions for where to attach the garmin without cluttering up the windshield too much?

Too complicated to do custom routes on google maps/waze. With the garmin & mapsource/basecamp software one has complete control over the route, down to every turn.

Problem solved.... I think. Visibility is reasonable with the garmin mounted down there.

The suction mount comes with a 4" plastic disk with adhesive on the back side and smooth plastic on the front. Suitable for attaching to almost smooth surfaces.
