Angry 2012 Factory Bose Factory Sub Not Working

I just bought a 2012 Journey Bose w/Nav and the factory subwoofer doesn't work at all. I looked at all the connectors to the amp and sub in the back and everything is connected to both. I did see a couple connectors on the passenger side of the trunk that weren't plugged into anything but there was nothing close to them to plug into. Any ideas?

Disregard, figured it out. The rear woofer had a broken gold wire that's supposed to be attached to the speaker fiber.
