More photos to come.
1st pic is where the wire come into the car, behind the glove box. 2nd pic is the wire running under the kick panel. 3rd pic is the wire coming out near the back seat from kick panels. 4th pic is where the battery compartment is and the wire is going into the car from threre. last pic is where the wire is going into the trunk following the factory wiring.
I hope this helps

Ok.. so now i need help... i have pos and neg hooked up... i figured out which wire may turn on the amp... now i need connetions..
According to the serv manual.. i found wires for rear speakers ( that i am changing) but there are 2 sets.. it does not tell you in or out of the amp?? Help
Also.. what colors are the wires for the sub before the bose amp.. cause the book says one thing. But the colors are different.

Ok. Scratch my last post.. lol.. i found the other sub install and found the correct wires...

Now for the rear door output... can i cut those wires and use them. Or try running new wires to the doors???? I will not be running alot of power to them.

Thanks for any info..

Ok.. scratch my last post... lol. Lmbo...

Im 99% done... i cannot screw down my power capacitor because the screws are all fugged up... oh well... ill get them tomorrow.

For anyone trying to do this..

1. there is a big rubber plug with wth factory wires going thru it... this is the best place to run the main power wire thru... (make sure you remove the glovebox and housing 1st)...
2. run wire under plastic kick panels front to rear... easy..
3. Remove rear seat bottom and pass side upper.. remove plastic molding next to seat.
You will see factory wire harness.. this is the easiest way i found to run the wire...
4. Remover upper covering to access Bose amp..

If you are only connecting a sub amp. Splice in wires 23..24..25..26.. on connector # B41
If you go here.. he has a picture on his.
https://www.myg37.com/forums/audio-v...an-w-bose.html

Use rca cord to amp from above wires...

If you are going to connect to the rear door speakers but want to use factory wiring.
On the same connector B41 use wires 18.. 19.. 31.. 32..

Wire colors..
26 brown
25 yellow
24 violet
23 says sb? But its light blue.

18 says L? Its light blue with silver stripes
19 peach with silver stripes
31 light green with silver stripes
33 yellow with silver stripes.

Ooh. And wire 20 is white and i used that for my amp turn on signal.

So now everything is all done.. I have to do some adjustments.. I did some real quick yesterday, but the rear speakers overpower the fronts.. I am going to turn them down to equalize the sound.. It took me about 6 hours, but I had to keep stopping due to the heat.. I need an air conditioned garage.lol.. I think if it was cool, it would have taken me about 3 hours.

they do sound good - its the weird amp EQ that jacks up the sound.

just curious how they're gonna work - aren't they some weird impedance like 1 ohm or something?
