Turning off dash lights with engine on?

So I'm working a security gig in my car and would love to black out with my AC on (engine running in park) but cannot figure out how. .... I've checked the owners manual and Googled it and cannot find anything. Best I can do is set dash lights to minimum. Is there no off setting?

So either I sit here lit up so everyone can see me or I roll my windows down and melt in uniform. ....any help appreciated.

To the left of the gauge cluster there are two buttons that control the brightness, hold the bottom one down and it'll go black. Opposite to the buttons to change the center gauge screen. Turn off the media screen but holding down the day/night button.

It makes the dash go black when your headlights are on. But not when you're in park with all the headlights off. Thanks for the reminder about the radio.

Ah true. Honestly, the easiest way might just be to make a template out of thick paper or something like that and just put it over the gauge cluster when you're working.
