I own the 2013 G37 Sedan with Navigation. I am wondering if there is any way to update the XM receiver to receive the 20+ Xtra channels from SiriusXM? I am thinking that if the XM receiver is separate from the head unit, maybe the receiver could be swapped out with the SiriusXM SXV300v1 Connect Vehicle Tuner Kit for Satellite Radio. The kit is compatible with all different brands of aftermarket radios; but no idea if it might work to update the OEM radio.

Has anyone tried updating the XM receiver in the G37?
