I own an imported G37s from the US and live in the Netherlands. So my hardware is "US" spec, although that's what the Dutch Infiniti dealer tells me. But they also tell the European maps doesn't work on US hardware. The American Infiniti only have maps from the US and Canada.
It seems to me very unlikely so my question is, does somebody here knows if there is a difference in navigation hardware (and if yes, what?). Or does somebody knows a way to update my software and add the European (or at least the Dutch) maps?
