Horn will not stop

Horn will not stop
Yesterday I removed the steering wheel to wrap the trim. I had no issues with the removal or reinstall. As soon as I reconnected the battery the horn is a constant stream of noise. The horn continues even while the car is running.
Any ideas what is causing this?
