Sub Install Question

Sub Install Question
I'm curious to see what everyone has done here that has added an amp and sub. I want to be able to have some more control over the audio (treble/highs) as well. Anyone here use the Bit Ten at all? I'm looking at the cheapest/easiest install without having to pay thousands for a custom job.

A self powered woofer like the Infinity Basslink sounds like a fit. There are dozens of other options in this space. Adding a separate Amp+Sub gets a bit more complicated as the Bose system is not setup to be modified.

Sure thing. I am picking up a used Infinity Bass Link today. I will follow the suggestions in the Sticky thread to tap into the line level at the rear amp.

I have a RF P300-10. I had the BassLink in my Honda Pilot before I got my G and I like the RF better. They are very reasonably priced at one of the main online retailers ($179.99). In hindsight I wish if have gotten the 12".

I have an Infinity Basslink and it doesn't hold a candle to the true sub/amp combo. I wouldn't expect accurate bass from it if you place it in the trunk.

I have a bit ten D
if you have the budget and time ...dont even think twice
the bit ten cleans up the stock signal and allows you to adjust your eq for each channel and you can set up time alignment.
I install all my own audio. Let me know if you have any questions

I just added a JL 10w6v3 and a 500/1v2 this weekend. I paired it with a audio control LC2i, and it sounds great with the Bose system. I added the bass **** with LC2i for control.
