CF card not working 2008 g37!

Hi, I have a 2008 G37 coupe, this is my first time trying the CF card in the car, I got a SD to CF adapter with a 8GB SD card and put about 300 MP3's in it. When i plug in the CF card the car reads it and i see the songs, but i cant navigate thru the CF card and the car tries to play a song but it skips a lot, it plays for a second then plays another second after a 10 second delay, i have tired reformatting the card to FAT32 but still having the same problem. Do you guys think there is something wrong with the car? i will appreciate any help.

Thank you

Idk...sounds similar to my Ipod issues. I had an Ipod touch that would play some songs, then freeze on others. I just put in a thumb drive and it works fine. I think the delay is just the computer's delay...mine does it as well. Well maybe not 10 seconds but I have a delay as well

did you ever figure this out? I am trying to do this too but i have the exact same issue. I dont know if its the cf adapter, the sd card or the car. Ive seen other people post about how they are using the adapter just fine so i thought this would be a no brainer.
