No it will not work for manual. When using JUST the EVO ALL and setting option 15 (remote start) and not using an external remote starter module, it is only going to work for automatics.

IT will work for manual if you use it as only a bypass and wiring a separate remote starter. When turning option 15 on, certain outputs from the EVO ALL change and you wont have the necessary outputs to do anything with the clutch or gear.

You need to look into guide 8441, that is the one for stand alone remote starter.

they offer a plug n play kit for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I might start off with that kit first and see how it works.

amazed by the laziness of some forum members. and since when is demanding a DIY versus asking politely for detailed install pictures, etc. cool? haha

this sounds like a relatively straight add-on. might be neat to try. i'll see if there is a bypass for the clutch requirement for 6mt owners...surely there is.

If you want plug and play, look into the Xpress DB-ALL2.

Will the DB-ALL2 allow for the same remote start feature through the factory key fob? I haven't been able to find this information.

Would you recommend the DB-ALL2 over the EVO ALL? I seem to find more vaulable information regarding the EVO ALL, compared to little information regarding the DB-ALL2. Does anyone have any information regarding which to recommend?

Yes the documentation on EVO ALL is better. DB-ALL2 is a great product as well, I have not used it for my install however I hear great things about it and if you purchase the plug and play harness it is a simple install. I think it will be just 1 wire to the BCM.

You can contact 'Broadfield' on here, he mentioned he does it for a living and does nissans/infiniti's using DB-ALL2

I'll reach out to him because I'm curious if it's worth it to go with the DB-ALL2 over the EVO ALL. I ordered one on Friday and it's already at my door

Yes definitely contact him and see. I've done many installs, I enjoy it so the 10 or so wires I connected was simple and fun for me.

Seemed like you had to hook up a lot more than 10 wires haha. I may just keep it. I do need to order (or rent) the flash updater tool. I will need that to enable the remote start feature, yes?

I'm interested in the EVO-all as well. I see that you're in NOVA; do you know how to install this? If so, maybe I can buy the flash tool and you could help install this for me and you can use the flash tool for your car.

Let me know..
