Navigation Screen

Every time I start the car I always have to push the OK on the navigation screen. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal for all cars, you have to press OK to use the navigation functions every time.

You have to "ok" the warning screen ( owner's manual page 4-6)

I have a 2011 and it doesnt ask to push OK.

Do you guys have to change the navi from Day/night version manually? or does it automatically do it?

my '08 is based on when I turn the lights on, it switches day/night but I can also change it manually.

On my 08 coupe it depends on what screen you had up when you last used the car. If you turned the car off with the "status" screen up (ie shows what music you are playing and the climate control information) you will not have to see the warning screen. But if you were using the navigation when you turned the car off and never cancelled out of the map you will have the warning. Also if you were on one of the screens for CD's or ripped music you will not have the warning.

one of the things I hate about my TL is I have to hit "ok" each time I enter. Not so with my 2013 G
