HELP! 2009 Ipod non-nav

I can select all folders on the center dial/jog wheel. Once the filal folder is selected, then I can track up/down with the steering wheel. Here is a picture of the steering wheel with no "enter".

have you tried pressing "in" on the up/down button (not tiliting it up or down, but actually pushing it into the wheel)?
