I am looking into the possibility of relocating my stock LCD screen and replacing it with a larger touch screen with a custom bezel but I don't want to splice into the stock wiring harness. The only place I can find the connector is through alibaba.com but I really don't want to order 10,000 of them (the minimum order). Does anybody know where I can get one?

Are you talking about this connector? I've been looking for it too. I think it's not off the shelf. I would recommend in this case you cut and extend it. Put a 37 pin D-sub connector on either end so you can restore it to the original position if you change your mind. Nobody will know it's been cut but you.

 

That is the exact one I'm looking for... If I have to I will splice it, but I would much rather leave it intact.

 

You can buy a complete wiring dash harness for a couple hundred off of ebay

 

Or if you are looking for the male connector on the back of the screen find a broken or untested screen on ebay dissect it and unsolder the connector from it

 

i just posted about this as well, i want to relocate the screen out of the way to leave room for an ipad or tablet install ( to look stock). have not found connectors either but ive considered splicing a few feet of wire into the harness to allow the screen to be mounted somewhere like the sunglass holder or something custom.
