Subwoofer Install Help!!!

So I followed the sticky a few months ago here at https://www.myg37.com/forums/d-i-y-i...stall-diy.html. Worked like a charm. Today, though, my genius self thought it would be a good idea if I cut, soldered and heat shrink the wires to make it look cleaner.

Well, it did look better, but I must've pulled too hard on those tiny stock wires when I pulled the insulation off because now every bump I hit, my rear 6x9's pop/clip. I've located the issue to be right there at the B43 wiring harness. The #8 and #9 pins are loose, causing the popping noise. I can't figure out for the life of me how to pull the pins out let alone repair them and make them tight again. I really hope I don't have to buy a new harness :/ Anyone have any info on this? I would REALLY appreciate any help.
