Bluetooth works just fine as well. Even accesses the handset contacts.

Synched right up for me. Try starting from scratch and redo the setup on the phone and car. It should take less than 30 seconds.

Talked to 6 apple store employees, all said they only Got data cables and no adapters, I will get one asap after they get more but they said october but by reading all the info online, looks like apples adapter will not show ipod playlist and songs or let you control using steering wheel.

We will have to custom make a cable if some of the ports on the adapter are switched off, Hopefully that is at least a option or else the OS has blocked it all out, which is probably what happened :/

So People are saying 2010+ G's have a USB Input vs. 2008/2009 iPod Hookup, so you guys can just plug a data cable in, and people said it charges and plays the music, but does it hook upto the iPod Functionality and let you See your Playlist & Songs & Information about song and Control the iPod via your AUDIO System or Steering Wheel?

Bluetooth works fine now. Just had to delete the previous iPhones that I've connected to my G from the unit's memory.

How were you able to access contacts? Were you able to sync your contacts to the car via BT?

There's an option to download/use the handset contacts in the car's menu.

2011 G37S Sedan w/ Navi.. works fine for me...

Problem though since I can't use the usb connector right now is how do I access bluetooth audio? I go to Connect Devices and click no when prompted if this will be for a phone and enter the code. However, nothing shows up on the iPhone showing a connection through bluetooth audio. Any help please?

Phone functions work fine for me. Even Siri on the overhead speakers and stuff but Bluetooth Audio still hasn't connected. I'll try and erase it all over again and try it.

I guess I should've been more specific. My car is an '09; I tried to download my contacts, but the system is asking me to initiate the download.

Nevermind. Actually got my Bluetooth Audio working yesterday. Works great. Battery life doesn't hurt much. Took me about 40 mins to get home and % of battery only went down 3%. Saves me from buying the lightning connector to the car but even with that, not sure if it'll still charge.

I think I'm gonna just use my 60g iPod second gen for music. The Bluetooth works so I Gus's I'm ok. Shame on apple for not making this easier, and shame on Infiniti for designing a crappy system before '10
