Stock Rear Door Speakers

I have a 2010 G37x and need to replace the right rear door speaker. I want to replace it with the same exact stock non-bose speaker. Where do I get this?

I had the right rear speaker replaced in my 2011, covered under warranty.

My car's (2011 G37x sedan) right rear door speaker is making kind of a crackling statis sound when playing music. Did you guys have the same issue, because of which you had to get your speaker replaced?
