Adding mounting depth for 4080 sub enclosure

I am wanting to install a 10w6v3 JL sub in my driver side 4080 enclosure in my G37s Coupe. The speaker has a mounting depth of 6.89" but requires min .5" of clearance behind the magnet. The 4080 has a mounting depth of 7.5". This gives me a .61" space behind the speaker. I am trusting the measurements are accurate but is there an easy way to add some more depth just to be safe? I saw some trim pieces that can be used on some enclosures but nothing specific for the 4080. Anyone ever done this or is it not worth me worrying about?

The .5" is ok but I like to allow a little more room. The 4080 boxes are small sealed so it wont make to much of a difference if you added a .5" spacer honestly.

Any idea where I can get a .5" spacer that will fit the 4080?
