Is there any way to control the iPod app on my iPhone instead of having to navigate through on the nav screen? I have a lot of music and it takes quite a whiles to scroll down to the end of the Artist list when using the ****/buttons on the screen. Would be much faster to control it on the phone itself. I know you can control other music apps that way, but the iPod all locks you out when you plug it in. My phone is jailbroken if that helps me at all.

@Chekz, there is no AUX/RCA input in the 2010s.

 

If you connect your phone as a bluetooth audio device (different than bluetooth phone), you can use both the iPhone and car to control your music. From what I've noticed, the quality is just as good over bluetooth compared to wired, and you dont even have to take your phone out of your pocket!

 

No Bluetooth audio in the non navigation models. NoAccSplash works perfectly though. Thanks for the tip Rgswff.
