My SES light came on today. Do you think it would have been caused by the new ECM the dealership just installed? If I hook up my Uprev Software without the tune installed will I still be able to view the code?

The codes that I have showing are 2 U1001 and a P1564 steering switch and then the new code with the SES is a P1421 cold start control code, which I think is something to do with my test pipes, but it's annoying because I drove with them for about 2000 miles and the light never came on and then they installed a new ECM the other day and now I have a light on WTF

I just found out that my Uprev license is using a ECU part number 23710-JU71A which is a part number of an AWD Intelligent Cruise Control Number and that part number I should be using is 23710-JU70A which is for AWD ASCD, however, my dealership just replaced the ECU switches and cables so that shouldn't be an issue at this point, yet my cruise control is still not working

So I just contacted Uprev this is what happened, my parts manager gave me a license number for a 2009 AWD G37 with ICC, since I don't have it, the computer thinks there is a cc module. when I reflashed with the back to stock it was still a license for a G37 with ICC, so when My dealership replaced the ECU they put an ECU in the car for ICC so that is why it is still not working, Uprev is now giving me the correct ECU software which should clear everything up.... WOWWWWWWWWW!!!

Not with mine there actually wasn't an issue with the cruise control I don't think because it works fine now, the issue was the software that was on the computer, the software on the computer was for a G37 with Intelligent cruise control and as was mentioned earlier the cruise control operates through a different module with ICC, since I don't have that module it wasn't able to turn on, when Uprev supplied me with the correct software for a G37 with an ASCD switch it worked properly

This was all due to the fact that my parts manager did not know that there was two different ECU part numbers for ICC cars and ASCD cars, since he gave me the wrong number and I gave it to Uprev, Uprev provided a license with that incorrect ECU number and that screwed everything up
