Is there a way that I can have a rear view cam installed into my car. I have 08 g37s, no Nav, and I have a rear spoilter (oem).

How much would it cost to have it a rear view cam installed? Is it possible to have it done relatively seamlessly so it feeds into the center console display and stuff.

I like in LA county wondering if anyone knows of a good shop for this and how much itll cost.

call ANY decent audio shop in the L.A. area... just not best buy or places like that... an actual stereo shop will be able to do it.

 

If your car has AV input then it will be cheap & simple.
You need a rear view camera wired to AV input jack + video bypass mod.

 

dont all g37's have AV input?

 

You'd do better just getting an aftermarket backup cam. You'll have to get another OEM Spoiler, which will be another $500, plus the cost of the OEM backup camera stuff.

I have the backup camera and it's cool and all. But honestly, it's not worth it if you don't get it from the factory IMHO.

 

let us know how it turns out. i look into this for a brief amount of time but it seemed like to get it to work like stock would be really expensive and like these guys said not worth the cost

 

I have rear new view camera with chrome spoiler came off my G37 convertible when I installed Integrated Spoiler kit which came with camera already integrated in it.
