Button up changes CAT instead of seek up

Button up changes CAT instead of seek up
HI. I was wondering if there was a way to change what the up button will do on the STEERING wheel. I want it to change to the next station as in from 21 to 22 then to 23. When I press and hold the up button it will only change categories.
