Aux Cinema

Hey all

What is the Cinema used for? I go through the Aux settings and I have Cinema but it appears not to play DVDs. When I place a DVD in it it states your video will resume when the car is stopped, but it was not running. I can't seem to find anything on it in the user's manual. Does this player have the ability to playback DVDs?

Interesting ... unless they changed the internal drives in later years, it can only read CDs.

It's my understanding that the in dash player does not play DVD's. If you want to watch a movie you have to plug in an external player into the jacks in the armrest. The car has to be parked with the PARKING BRAKE SET, in order to view it.
