My Navigation is stuck on a point and the arrow makes turns as i turn around that one point and wont move. Anyone know how to reset it. not the configuration but the system itself?

it sounds as if it's not getting the VSS signal, or something similar.

I agree. Did you buy your car new or use? I remember they had one member who had the same problem who bought his car use and it turned out they had a kptech module previously installed from original owner.

read it and try it........... if it works out..... you have the KP thing
if it doesnt work, that means a trip to the dealer....lol

To change the programmed state you must hold the ‘OK’ button down for approximately
15 seconds. Once the button has been held down long enough the AUX output will pulse
on and off 4 times to provide indication that programming mode has been entered.

i had to do that once.. but i forgot exactly how.. you hold either the menu or enter button and you turn the volume **** 30 clicks to the left and it goes into diagnostic mode.

Have you tried to disconnect the battery for a few seconds to reset?

i have tried to disconnect the battery and it reset and then about 20 minutes later it seemed as if it had a stagnant connection. like it was behind like i was 3 blocks ahead and it showed i was 3 blocks away i stopped by my house and waited 3 minutes and it showed me 2 blocks away.

See all you had to do was follow directions...why would u use a 3 pole switch when the instructions clearly stated which one to buy? What happened with you is that your VSS wire was being grounded permanently instead of on/off.

A "3 pole" switch (which I am assuming you mean a 3 pin not 3 pole) could work if wired properly. It sounds like you connected the NC pin to the NO pin and therefore no matter where the switch is it won't work. All you would need to do is swap either one of the pins you are using now to the other pin that isn't being used now and it should start working.
