Nav/tech pkg -- How intuitive?

I spent the afternoon test driving what may become MY G37 sedan - very exciting. My only issue is with the nav/tech screen and buttons. The dealer didn't seem to want me to play around with it too much. Were they afraid I'd find something I don't like? How intuitive is the system? It seemed clunky but I'm willing to assume this is because it's unfamiliar to me. All input will be appreciated. (Note -- I'm a woman so if you think I'm genetically predisposed to shy away from bells, whistles and buttons you may be right.)

The system is really simple, press the settings takes you to settings, press maps takes you to the map and your current location. A caveman can do it & i don't see whats not to like in the system, Its pretty straight forward if you ask.

You can try going through the owners manual or quick reference guide for help with anything or just post your question up and one of the owners will help you out.

When I was shopping around for my car, I sat in dealerships for hours and played with the navigation systems in Audi, Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus. I can tell you, without a doubt, that Infiniti's navigation interface is by far the most intuitive. It's not the simplest, but it is the most intuitive. Give yourself 15 solid minutes of playing with the voice controls and the buttons, and you'll have the entire thing figured out.

Yeah this system is probably the most intuitive I have seen on any of mine or my family's cars. (Including Lexus's ...)

What about visibility? Is glare on the screen an issue?
